In the churches of this scattered municipality there are three polyptychs by Agostino da Casanova, painted in 1523, 1537 and 1547: at Valloria, at Tavole and at Molini. At Tavole a polychrome wooden Santa Marta is also kept, which scholars date to the twelfth century.
At Valloria the old oratory of Santa Croce has become the museum of forgotten things. And there is an oddity: in 1928 Prelà took in Tavole, Valloria and Villatalla, but by the same decree it gave up to Vasia the hamlet of Prelà Castello — so the municipality of Prelà no longer contains the castle that gave it its name. The population is 500.

Prelà celebrates Saint John the Baptist on 24 June; its parish church, known as «del Groppo», holds a 1523 polyptych painted by Agostino da Casanova and Stefano Adrechi, while in the hamlet of Valloria the church of Saints Gervasius and Protasius was rebuilt in Baroque style in 1689.
