The patron saint of Prelà is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June. The parish church dedicated to him, in the main village of Molini, is also known as «del Groppo» and was built in the 15th century: inside it holds the polyptych of the Madonna with Saints Peter and Paul, with the upper compartments depicting Saint John the Baptist, the Pietà and Saint Maurus, made in 1523 by the painters Agostino da Casanova and, probably his teacher, Stefano Adrechi.
In the hamlet of Valloria stands the parish church of Saints Gervasius and Protasius, whose first structure dates from the 15th century, although the building was reworked in Baroque architectural style in 1689 by the architect Angelo Battarello. Among the territory's other religious buildings are the oratory of San Giovanni Battista, built in Baroque style in the hamlet of Villatalla, and the church of San Sebastiano in the locality of Casa Carli.
