Vallecrosia celebrates Mary Help of Christians on 24 May and Saint Roch on 16 August; the old church of San Rocco, perhaps dating from the 10th or 11th century, holds an 18th-century fresco and, curiously, also an altar dedicated to the god Apollo.

The patrons of Vallecrosia are Saint Roch, celebrated on 16 August, and Mary Help of Christians, celebrated on 24 May.

The old church of San Rocco, at Vallecrosia al mare, was originally dedicated to Saint Vincent: the first building may date from the 10th or 11th century, and some traces of the ancient structure, particularly the semicircular apse and barrel vault, are still clearly visible today despite several enlargements, including that of 1909 carried out by the parishioners. Inside it holds a fresco depicting the Glory of Saint Roch, datable to the 18th century, and, curiously, also an altar dedicated to the god Apollo. The new parish church of San Rocco, also at Vallecrosia al mare, had its first stone laid on 15 August 1976, to a design by the architect Federico Notari: built in reinforced concrete with a semicircular plan, it was completed in 1982.

The parish church and sanctuary of Mary Help of Christians, also at Vallecrosia al mare, near the Salesian institute of the same name, was built between 1880 and 1890. In the mountain hamlet of Vallecrosia Alta stands instead the church of Sant'Antonio Abate, while along the coast the Torrione remains visible, today within the walls of the private school of Sant'Anna, together with other 16th-century watchtowers and medieval tower-houses.
