The patron of Cusago is Saint Vincent Ferrer, celebrated on the first Sunday of May with a fair, dance evenings and the customary religious procession through the town.
The church holds as objects of particular veneration the relics, the «corpo santo», of a martyr named Vincent, coming from the Roman catacombs and donated by Cardinal Ottoboni, later Pope Alexander VIII, in 1685. The town also holds the Visconti Castle and lies within the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano.
