The patron of Camandona is San Grato, celebrated on 7 September; the municipality holds the Chiesa parrocchiale dei Santi Grato e Policarpo.
The feast of Sant'Anna takes place every year in the last week of July and generally lasts several days: it used to be held at the Santuario del Mazzucco, while today many initiatives are organised in the various hamlets of the municipality, in particular in the panoramic little square of the hamlet of Falletti. It is an event with at least a century of tradition, based largely on the volunteering of the Pro Loco, which draws thousands of people from all over the Biellese.
