The patron of Masserano is the Nativity of Mary, celebrated on 8 September.
The town holds the Church of the Sacra Famiglia, the parish church of Santi Orso e Antonino and the Collegiate Church of the Annunziata, as well as the Palazzo dei Principi Ferrero Fieschi di Masserano and the Baragge Nature Reserve.
