The patroness of Ghemme is Blessed Panacea, born in Quarona, celebrated on the first Friday of May with a religious feast of very ancient tradition, today accompanied by secular events mostly linked to the wine exhibition.
Between the last week of April and the first of May, within the evocative setting of the Castello-ricetto of Ghemme, the annual wine market is held. The town also holds the church of Santa Maria Assunta and the Castello del Cavenago, as well as the church of San Fabiano.
