The patrons of Andezeno are Saint George, celebrated on 25 April, and Saint Justina, whose body, brought from the Roman catacombs, is kept in a richly carved urn beneath the high altar of the Church of San Giorgio Martire.
Saint Justina, protector of the fruits of the earth, is celebrated every year on the last Sunday of October, coinciding with the Cardoon and Bagna Càuda Festival, which showcases cardoons and other local specialities such as the Rubatà breadstick, Freisa wine and flat onions. The town also holds the Museum of Farming Life and Antique Toys.
