The patroness of Noasca is Santa Maria Assunta (Assumption of Mary), celebrated on 15 August. The parish church, already described in the nineteenth century by Casalis as very old, stands just above the village and almost against the waterfall; dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, it is the destination of a religious procession held every year on the night of 14 August.
The municipality also holds the Santuario del Trucco, the Tresenta, the Testa della Tribolazione, the Becco Meridionale della Tribolazione and the Testa del Grand Etret.
