The patron saints of Rivalta di Torino are Saints Victor and Corona: the patronal feast, always the second Sunday of May, is preceded by a mass celebrated two Sundays earlier, with the traditional procession from the chapel to the parish church.
Rivalta's other patron saint is Isidore the Farmer, celebrated on the second Sunday of October. At the end of September, the tomino cheese festival is also held, a typical Rivalta product recognised as a Traditional Agri-food Product since 2000, from which the local carnival masks Tuminè and Tuminera also take their name. The town also holds the Castle of the Orsini Counts of Rivalta and the church of San Francesco e Santa Chiara.
