The patron of Salbertrand is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista, in whose sacristy the parish religious museum is housed.
Until the recent past, among the feasts deeply felt by the population were the historic alpine carnival of the Carnavà du Gueini and the patronal feast of Saint John the Baptist, occasions now reworked in a modern key. The municipality also holds the Cappella di Sant'Ippolito, the Cappella dell'Annunciazione dell'Oulme and the Cappella dei Santi Cosma e Damiano.
