The patroness of Trana is the Nativity of Mary, celebrated on 8 September in the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary.
The municipal territory holds the Rea Botanical Garden and the Torre degli Orsini, as well as the Church of San Giovanni Battista. The town also holds the church of the Madonna delle Grazie.
