The patron saints of Domodossola are Saints Gervasius and Protasius, celebrated on 19 June in the church named after them.
The town also holds the church of San Quirico and that of San Brizio, as well as the Museum of Palazzo Silva and the Museum of Palazzo San Francesco. Among the town's places of interest is also the Natural Science Museum of the Collegio Mellerio Rosmini.
