The patron of Trino is Saint Bartholomew, celebrated on 24 August in the parish church dedicated to him, fully rebuilt between 1634 and 1642; the façade, in a classicising style, is the result of works carried out in 1839.
Inside, it holds fine works: a panel by Gerolamo Giovenone, a canvas by Pier Francesco Guala and ceiling frescoes in the central nave by Luigi Morgari. Trino's territory is also home to the abbey of Santa Maria di Lucedio, between the hamlets of Lucedio and Montarolo, with the nearby church of the Santissimo Nome di Maria, known as Madonna delle Vigne, built on a paleo-Christian lucus with 17th-century origins and later extensions.
