The patroness of Casalnuovo Monterotaro is Santa Maria della Rocca, celebrated on 15 August with the procession in honour of the Madonna della Rocca; the municipality holds the Chiesa Santa Maria della Rocca.
The calendar of processions also includes those in honour of San Michele Arcangelo and the Madonna di Pompei, with devotional bonfires, on 8 May; of the Madonna di Monterotaro, on the second Sunday of May; of Sant'Antonio da Padova, on 13 June; and of the Madonna del Rosario, on the first Sunday of October. The municipality also holds the Chiesa dei santi Pietro e Nicolò.
