The patron saint of Cianciana is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June in the church dedicated to him: during the celebrations, several religious and civic events take place, the town is decorated with the customary illuminations and enlivened by the sound of the marching band. After the solemn Mass, the procession with the saint's wooden statue winds through the town's streets.
Holy Week is also deeply felt: in the evening, the empty urn returns to the Calvario, the deposition rite is performed, followed by the procession with the dead Christ in the urn, accompanied by Our Lady of Sorrows; on Easter morning, the statue of the Risen Christ is brought out through the town's streets. The town also holds the church of the Santissima Trinità and the church of the Carmelo.
