Located within the protected landscape of the Nebrodi Park, San Teodoro is situated in the Province of Messina, approximately 80 kilometres southwest of the provincial capital and 120 kilometres east of Palermo.
Referred to as 'u Casali in the Sicilian dialect, the municipality counts 1,421 residents. It shares its administrative borders with the neighbouring municipalities of Cesarò and Troina.
