The patroness of Castel Ritaldi is Saint Marina, celebrated on the Sunday after 15 August. The church dedicated to her, in the main village, was originally Benedictine, but was handed over to the Hermits in 1321, who held it until 1818, when it became a parish church.
The interior holds, in the presbytery, a large niche on the right, perhaps corresponding to the ancient presbytery, decorated with a fresco by Tiberio d'Assisi; opposite stands an altar with a painting depicting the Madonna del Soccorso, dated 1509 and attributed to Lattanzio di Nicolò.
