The patron saint of Sant'Anatolia di Narco, who also gives the town its name, is Saint Anatolia, celebrated on 9 July in the parish church dedicated to her, which preserves fine 14th-century frescoes. The municipal coat of arms depicts the saint next to a dragon over a bridge, with a per pale field: a cross in the first, a knight with horse and banner in the second.
The town is dominated by a castle dating from the second half of the 12th century, whose walls were built two centuries later; the convent of Santa Croce arose in the 13th century, where in the following century the Blessed Cristina, a Franciscan tertiary, lived. In the hamlet of Castel San Felice stands the abbey of San Felice e Mauro, dedicated to the two Syrian hermits who evangelised the area in the 5th century, whose church was rebuilt in the 12th century. Since 2008, the Museo della Canapa, tracing the history of hemp cultivation in the middle Valnerina, has been housed in the 16th-century town hall.
