The patron of Gazzo Veronese is Saint Tarcisius, celebrated on 5 August.
Between late May and early June, the ancient Sagra di Gazzo is held at Villa Parolin, where the town museum exceptionally opens its doors for the occasion. The hamlets also hold their own feasts, nearly all centred on rice cooked in different ways: at Maccacari, on the third Sunday of June, the patronal feast of Saint John the Baptist is held, and at Correzzo, on the last Sunday of June, the feast of the Assumption. The town also holds the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Church of San Pietro in Valle.
