On 16 August Parolise celebrates the patronal feast of San Rocco.
The Festa del Sangue Sparso, the most deeply felt in the village and in neighbouring villages, has been celebrated on the first Sunday of July for over 150 years. The municipality also holds the Chiesa Madre di Sant'Antonio Abate, the Chiesa Parrocchiale Santissimi Nomi di Gesù e Maria, the Cappella della Madonna della Neve, the Eremo Santa Maria della Valle and Monte Guardiola.
