The patron of Pennabilli is Saint Pius V, celebrated on 5 May.
Since 1997, every year between late May and early June, Artisti in Piazza is held, an international performing arts festival. On Good Friday, instead, the Processione dei giudei takes place, a Via Crucis reenactment starting from the church of the Misericordia and parading from the castle of Penna to that of Billi, the two communities that gave rise to the town. Pennabilli also holds the Duomo and the Torre di Maciano.
