The patron saint of Tribogna is Saint Martin of Tours, celebrated on 11 November. The parish church dedicated to him, on the border between the hamlets of Garbarini and Aveno, is already mentioned in a document from 1261: it was raised to parish status on 4 June 1639 by Cardinal Stefano Durazzo of the archdiocese of Genoa, and rebuilt in 1709 with a single nave and five side altars. Among the works it preserves is a wooden statue depicting Saint Anthony of Padua at the second altar on the right.
On the balcony of the town hall can be admired a slate bas-relief, the work of the sculptor Mirko Gualerzi, made up of 26 panels telling the town's history, transfigured into a sort of civic mythology, with religious feasts, seasonal representations and events from local history. Historically, the interests of Tribogna's population gravitated mostly towards the nearby community of Uscio.
