The patron saint of Badalucco is Saint George, celebrated on 23 April, in the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta e San Giorgio, in the main town: built in the Baroque style between 1683 and 1691, with a facade of two superimposed orders of columns on a high plinth with herms, it was further modified in 1834 and underwent a major restoration completed in 2024.
Badalucco's municipal coat of arms was granted by Royal Decree of King Victor Emmanuel III on 2 March 1931, and depicts, among other things, a fruit-laden olive tree and a rampant lion holding a sword. Also notable for the town is the stockfish festival, held every year on the third Sunday of September, whose connection to Badalucco is said, according to a local legend, to date back to a failed assault repelled by the inhabitants.
