The patrons of Centallo are the Holy Guardian Angels, whose liturgical day falls on 2 October; the town's patronal feast, however, is celebrated on the second Sunday of the month.
Centallo has several notable churches: the parish church of San Giovanni Battista, the parish church of San Biagio in the main town and that of San Bernardo in the hamlet of Roata Chiusani, together with the church of San Michele, the chapel of San Rocco and the church of Santi Sebastiano e Giovanni Battista Decollato. The town's local festival calendar also includes the biennial bean and pepper fair, held in September.
