The patron saint of Fossano is Saint Juvenal, celebrated on the first Sunday of May.
The feast is enlivened by the Palio dei Borghi and the Giostra dell'Oca, along with the small animal market held every second Sunday of the month. Also in spring are held the National Exhibition of Piedmontese Cattle and the National Motorcycle Rally, known as the Motofestival «di Primavera». The town also holds the Duomo, the Sanctuary of Cussanio and the Castle of the Princes of Acaja.
