The patron of Giaglione is Saint Vincent the Martyr, celebrated on 22 January, to whom the church of San Vincenzo Martire is dedicated.
The feast features the Danza degli Spadonari (sword dance), repeated the following Sunday and at the feast of the Madonna del Rosario on the first Sunday of October: it is danced in the square in front of the church to the accompaniment of the band. The protagonists are the four young spadonari, the six priore and the young woman who carries the bran («lou bran»), a wooden structure over two metres tall that she balances on her head during the procession.
