The patron saint of Saluggia is Saint Gratus of Aosta, celebrated on 6 September in the parish church of San Grato; co-patron is Saint Antoninus, with his own patronal feast celebrated in the parish church of Sant'Antonino.
The district feast where the parish church stands coincides with the annual town fair, authorised by King Charles Felix in 1829, held on 15 July. Also notable is the Carnival of Saluggia, celebrated every year with great solemnity: tradition holds that the King and Queen of the Bean, the town's representative symbol, «borrow» the town for a few days. The municipal territory also holds the Isolotto del Ritano, on the Dora Baltea, and the Mulino Vecchio.
