The patrons of Carlantino are Saint Donatus and Saint Roch (san Donato e san Rocco), celebrated on 7 August; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Donato.
The patronal feast in honour of Saint Donatus, on 7 August, was solemnised with a franchise lasting eight days, during which the legal competences for civil, criminal and mixed cases were exercised by the local government. The municipality also holds the Museo Civico di Carlantino and the Cappella della Madonna Annunziata.
