The patroness of Padria is Saint Julia, celebrated on 22 May, to whom the Chiesa di Santa Giulia is dedicated.
The calendar of feasts includes Saint Anthony the Abbot on 17 January, Saint Joseph on 19 March and the May Day festival; the town offers trekking and mountain-bike routes and, in its territory, the Longu Nuraghe, Ponte Ettori and the churches of Santa Maria degli Angeli and Santa Croce.
