Known locally in Sicilian as Sabbetta, Santa Elisabetta is an inland municipality in the province of Agrigento with a population of 2,608 residents.
The town is situated 13 kilometres north of Agrigento and 80 kilometres south of Palermo. Its municipal area borders the surrounding territories of Raffadali, Aragona, Joppolo Giancaxio, and Sant'Angelo Muxaro.
