The patron of Fregona is Saint Martin, celebrated on 11 November.
The town's most important village festivals are those of Osigo, dedicated to Saints George and Daniel, and of Fregona, both in October: in Osigo, the «caretei» race is quite distinctive, pitting teams of four young people against each other. Since 2020, in early September, Fregona Borghi e Natura is also held, a cultural festival spread across the municipal territory. The town holds the Castello di Piai and the Mulinetto del Caglieron.
