Sant'Antimo

Province: Naples · Region: Campania · Population: 34,107 · Postal code: 80029

Sant'Antimo takes its name from the martyred priest venerated in its mother church, and belongs to the constellation of hamlets of the Aversa plain: once land of farmsteads and hemp, today a dense hinge between Naples and Aversa. The centre keeps its parish church, with the patronal feast in May, and nineteenth-century palaces along the historic axis.

Position remains its argument: the railway and the ring roads reach Naples, the airport and the Domitian coast in minutes. A stop in everyday Campania, and an economical base for moving between Naples and Caserta.
