The patron saint of Montegrosso Pian Latte is Saint Blaise, Bishop and Martyr, celebrated on 3 February, in the parish church dedicated to him in the town's historic centre: the primary construction dates from a period between the 14th and 15th centuries, while towards the 18th century it was remade in the Baroque architectural style to a design by Giacomo Filippo Marvaldi.
Traces of the ancient structure are still visible in the side portal, with a small portico and a lintel carved by stonecutters of Cenova, dating from 1435, depicting Saint Blaise, an angel and the Agnus Dei. Inside, the church preserves Baroque-art fresco decorations.
