The patrons of Gottolengo are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June.
In mid-July, the feast of the Madonna del Carmelo is held, lasting about a week and beginning with a procession through the streets of the town: the Marian statue is moved from the Church of San Girolamo to the parish church, where it remains on display for the whole event. The symbolic product of Gottolengo's farming tradition is the potato, whose cultivation has earned a municipal designation of origin: in its honour, the potato feast, established in 2002, is generally held in September.
