The patron of Ururi is the Holy Wood of the Cross, celebrated on 3 and 4 May. On 3 May the «carrese» is held, a distinctive lower-Molise race with ox-drawn carts covering a course of a few kilometres: currently two carts compete, that of the «Giovani» and a second team, in a popular tradition deeply felt by the community.
Ururi also preserves the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Chiesa Nuova, as well as statues dedicated to Padre Pio and Sant'Antonio, and the pine wood named after Dr. Brother Ettore.
