The patron saint of Cafasse is Saint Gratus, celebrated on 7 September.
The municipal territory holds the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the Roc del Merlo, as well as the Chapel of San Rocco. The town also holds the church of Sant'Antonio Abate.
