The patron of Asigliano Vercellese is San Vittore, celebrated on 8 May and on the second Sunday of May; the village holds the Chiesa di San Vittore.
The village is famous for the «Corsa dei buoi» (oxen race), scheduled on the second Sunday of May (after 8 May, the patronal feast of San Vittore), unlike the older one of Caresana, which takes place on the Sunday after the patronal feast of San Giorgio (23 April). A miracle is remembered with a festival on the second Sunday of May, during which the oxen are made to perform in a short but striking race of a votive nature. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, the Cappella di San Rocco and the Oratorio di San Giovanni Battista.
