The protector of Noci is Santa Maria della Croce, celebrated from 30 April to 4 May. The town's co-patron is Saint Roch: his liturgical feast falls on 16 August, while the civic patronal feast is held on the first Sunday of September, followed the next Sunday by the fair of the same name. Among the town's patrons is also Our Lady of Sorrows.
During Holy Week, the Procession of the Mysteries is also held, on Palm Sunday, and that of the Christ of Casaboli, on Good Friday. On the second Sunday of October, Our Lady of the Rosary is also celebrated together with the physician saints Cosmas and Damian. The town also holds the Abbey of the Madonna della Scala and the Parish of Maria Santissima della Natività.
