The patron saint of Pollina is Saint Julian, whose church is dedicated precisely to him: his feast is held on the second Sunday of July, with the preceding Friday and Saturday. Over the three days of the feast, as many as four processions are held, among which the so-called «flour procession» and the rural procession are particularly striking, during which the saint's statue is carried around amid shouts of «long live Saint Julian».
The town also venerates the Most Holy Mary of the Letter, celebrated on the second-to-last Sunday of August with a traditional procession, and Saint Anthony, celebrated on 13 June with a procession of his statue. In the hamlet of Finale, the Ascension is instead the traditional local feast.
