The patron saint of Negrar di Valpolicella is Saint Martin of Tours, celebrated on 11 November in the Church of San Martino Vescovo.
As is traditional throughout the province of Verona, the town hosts several village fairs, days-long popular festivals with live music and food and wine stalls. Among the best known is the «Festa di Fiamene», which between July and August draws thousands of people each year to the hamlet of Fiamene with seven days of music and good food. The municipal territory also holds Villa Mosconi and Villa Rizzardi.
