The patron of Saint-Vincent is Saint Vincent of Saragossa, celebrated on 22 January: he is the one who gives the town its name.
The parish church consecrated to him is Romanesque and goes back to the 12th century; according to Alfredo d'Andrade it was a fortified church in the Middle Ages, and traces of that would still be visible. Beside it is the parish museum of sacred art. From the Roman past, instead, remains the bridge over the Cillian stream, along the via delle Gallie.
