The patron saint of Graniti is Saint Sebastian, whose liturgical date falls on 20 January, but whose patronal feast is celebrated on the first Sunday of August. The town has three churches: the main one dedicated to Saint Basil the Great, another precisely to Saint Sebastian, and a third tied to a convent of Franciscan nuns.
The town also preserves traces of its history in the bust dedicated to Carmelo D'Agostino and in the nearby Monte Mongivacche, which overlooks the town.
