San Biagio della Cima celebrates its patron on 3 February, in the parish church of Saints Fabian, Sebastian and Blaise, which houses a wooden statue of Saint Sebastian attributed to the circle of the Genoese sculptor Anton Maria Maragliano.

The patron saint of San Biagio della Cima is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February. The parish church, dedicated to Saints Fabian, Sebastian and Blaise, is said by some historical sources to date from 1497, but it was completely enlarged and reshaped in elliptical form in 1777 to a design by Andrea Notari; in 1784 it was embellished with stuccoes by Pietro Notari and Pietro Lucchesi. Inside is preserved a wooden statue depicting Saint Sebastian, attributed to the circle of the Genoese sculptor Anton Maria Maragliano.

The community and village of San Biagio are first mentioned in a document from 1259: it was a feudal domain of the Counts of Ventimiglia and later came under the direct dependency of the town of Ventimiglia. The town's name is said to refer to Monte Santa Croce, 356 metres high, the «Cima» (peak) along whose ridge the municipal territory extends, crossed by the Verbone stream.
