The patron saint of Cicagna is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June. The sanctuary of Nostra Signora dei Miracoli, seat of the parish of San Giovanni Battista of the Val Fontanabuona vicariate, was originally precisely the church dedicated to the saint: its main festivities are celebrated on 14, 15 and 16 September, on the occasion of the feast of Our Lady of Miracles, as well as on 24 June for Saint John the Baptist.
Cicagna also preserves the church of San Bartolomeo and that of Nostra Signora degli Angeli, as well as the Ponte della Vittoria and the town hall.
